These are my Corel Painter X brushes and should work with Corel Painter X and above. I have no clue if they'll work with a lower program version.

I hate how I had to upload these to the 'Corel Painter IX' category as DA hasn't gotten around to updating it's corel categories. Photoshop gets it's own category for brushes, but all Painter resources are lumped together into the IX category. Honestly, Painter is widely used by MANY artists, you think DA would wake up?

Anyway, these are the brushes I use most often, consisting of brushes taken from other custom sets, basic Painter brushes I use all the time, and ones I made myself.

Feel free to use and abuse, and play around with the settings.

Wow, I didnt expect that many people to ever see these. To clarify, I didnt 'make' all these brushes, and since I havent actually been on DA much for the last few months coming back to so many comments is rather overwhelming. This is a brush 'Collection' I just stuck up on DA to share the brushes I use. This is mostly a result of me messing around with the Painter brush creator and experimenting. I posted this set up ages ago and didnt really expect anything to come of it. For the record, making brushes in Painter is both harder and more complicated than it is in Photoshop, but it's not impossible. Also, Photoshop brush files and Painter brush files are not interchangable, you cant load a Photoshop abr file up in Corel Painter. Therefore, it's impossible to 'steal' brushes from other people who've posted Photoshop brushes. All of these are made using 'captured dabs' in Painter and via trial and error I have these, the captured ones that is, not the basic ones that already exist, just in different libraries. Ugh, I have half a mind to take these down completely... I'll try and edit them. I never expected these to cause me a headache when I uploaded them.

I changed the upload to a .zip, and took out an offending brush. All of you who downloaded the original file are instructed to delete it and download this new version.

If there are any more problems I swear I'm going to shoot myself.
